What if the biggest thing holding you back right now isn’t your ability, but what you believe is possible?
I see this all the time with high-achieving leaders. Not a lack of skill, but subtle, invisible limits that quietly shape how they speak, decide, and show up.
Here are 5 simple shifts to expand what’s possible for you (also available on my podcast this week HERE):
- Notice where you’re playing small
Pay attention to thoughts like “that’s too much” or “I should wait.” Then ask: What would I do if I believed this was available to me? - Speak from possibility, not permission
Instead of softening your message, try: “Here’s what I see as a powerful direction…” - Expand before you strategize
Don’t start with “how.” Start with: What do I actually want? Then build from there. - Upgrade your environment
The people and conversations around you shape your sense of what’s possible. Choose them intentionally. - Act before you feel ready
Confidence doesn’t come first. It follows action.
Here’s your question for the week:
Where are you unknowingly playing small and what’s one step you can take to change that?
Expand that and watch what shifts.
If this resonates, I dive deeper into this in my latest podcast episode on The Power of Possibility HERE.
